Low Compensation & slow growth! Proper assessment of work is not done. There is a very important need for employee's work recognition. The amount you'll earn here as a fresher will be snatched around half from you in the form of transportation fees & canteen expenses! Very high canteen & transportation fees!

Work life is good in here. Not too much pressure in here! Bur sometimes the work gets monotonus! Though i got a good chance of working in different roles in a very short span, which do really helped me to acquire different skills.
