Company provides opportunities to do different types of works which will help a person to learn, develop & grow. They even gives the independence to apply our own ideas & implications. Also they provides proper time to perform & trusts you during that time.

Dislikes

Working situation or environment is not good which actually decreases work efficiency. AC's broke down very frequently and gets repaired after 2-3 months. During that period adequate fans are also not provided, which creates illness too often & decreases the work efficiency a lot. Systems gets hanged frequently.

Likes

Good Learning Working Environment but Compensarion Structure low as per market standards!! Gaining experience in this company will be helpful in the long run.

Dislikes

No proper HR Administration control over employee matters. Learning diverse skill sets are not possible in this organization.
