Environment is good ,but on career growth not seen as good opportunity if more or less you show flattering, good work not appreciated, compensation not decent and travel policy not as per other industry standard.

Dislikes

Not a decent compensation, on growth front you go more flattering guy then you move further, on market potential nil opportunity as no other private player. Work according to market condition not appreciated.
