Nothing to like very worst and work life balance is going to hell it’s working a normal shift a day 9 to 9 and perk was gift by company in evening sandwich not any extra salary

I am working in mangolpuri branch and in shubham housing finance company there is work is extremely delay for section loan and ROI is compare to another NBFC and BANK also High for this not any refrences give a file for home loan in the name of shubham housing nor any new references and DSA are deal with in the name of shubham housing as you all are know that home loan department is run on refrence based....Read More

They are not give my actual settlement. And the working environment is worst.

They are not give my actual settlement and HR , Superiors are also not consider employee situation. Worklife balance is worst. I raised more than 20 mails, even though they were not give proper response.

After some time u fed up with this company there is no rule you have to come to office in Sunday either it is showing your company holiday calendar. you can't organise anything for u because on the Last minute your holiday can be convert into working day

Very very disgusting company no ethical behaviour to employees and even there is no rights for employees disgusting company HR is very rude and unmannered mr yogendra singh is BHR but he is a very bad person by behaviour and only he wants to fire the employee without any reason and he issued termination to his employee's without any warning.....very disgusting company i had ever seen in my life 😔
