1. Internal politics by senior employees and managers, who prefer to promote their relatives rather than capable individuals, hinder career development. Annual hikes are typically only 7-12%, and sometimes even this is not granted. Hense not good for long stay more than 3-years. 2.If a capable employee resigns, the HR team does not a ttempt to convince them to stay, despite their long tenure. Instead, they hire a new person for the position with a 35% to 50% salary hike. To avoid it Need experience MEP General Manager over MEP Head. 3.The company's MD was polite and approachable before COVID-19 but has since become less involved with the MEP department. Hence less chance in career growth with MEP department. 4.The HR team and department heads are closely connected, often pre-deciding award recipients and promotions. Nothing is there to be liked. Very bad politics among the staff. No support of the HOP not the Management team.

Dislikes

NO SOP, No Proper communication among the staff, inter department members, No proper company policy, No JD, KRA, KPI given. No proper communication or guidance provided by the HO HR to the site team members.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. No any transport charges paid.
