Nothing is there to be liked. Very bad politics among the staff. No support of the HOP not the Management team.

Dislikes

NO SOP, No Proper communication among the staff, inter department members, No proper company policy, No JD, KRA, KPI given. No proper communication or guidance provided by the HO HR to the site team members.
