Poor appraisal policy. No scope of learning. Poor management. Unnecessary cost saving for which compromising with quality. This should be your last priority.

You can boost your skill and knowledge here with your colleagues and senior's support . Time management I.e Salary in time and satisfying level increment . Bus facilities is also available for employees Safety regarding rules and regulations are very good

Dislikes

Mostly unskilled manpower deputed in shop floor Canteen facility is very good but charges is very high according to rules. No higher level promotion,there are many employees are working here on same position from past 10 to 12 years

Overall Experience is Good ,But appraisal & Permotion process is not smooth.

Designation hierarchy is not match other companies.
