Dislikes

Salary is ok but promotions procedure is not good. You don’t get post as per your experience and as compare to other companies. After 12-13 years experience they still don’t give post of even assistant engineer.

I am working in production department.. Here culture is very dirty. Production employees is responsible for all things..like breakdown Quality. Tool tooling all things.. No one will help you. But all will force you.
