There is a lot of management politics and they doesn't address our issues

Work Details

I learnt everything on the job. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session .The job is quite interesting.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
