Shriram institute for industrial research is the best place in India & abroad to get knowledge of the quality, R& D, execution of different projects, best services to the nation etc. All technical peoples are very much talented in their fields. But, Carrier growth is very very poor and salary & allowances are very poor for the highly educated and experienced employees accordingly. Top management peoples are on extension of their jobs from last 8-9 years of retirement year, they are here and their juniors retired on time accordingly so growth of juniors are very poor....Read More
