Over all company is good but there are few things which I personally don't like such as convence policy, all Saturday working policy , lack of planning and not thinking from employees point of view only imposing decisions with out thinking of consequences.

1. No good policies for employees 2. All Saturday working. 3. No proper plans 4. Less opportunities to perform. 5. Behaviour towards employees not very good. 6. No transportation 7. No good compensation of food and fuel. 8. No canteen

- HR department is too conservative in their approach, need to be a little flexible - no work from home policy; alternative working Saturday's - decision making takes a lot of time due to involvement of multiple stakeholders, leading to slower pace work culture which gets frustrating sometimes
