Good company for learning everything about financial products. On a branch level if you are a fresher the work u will observe and learn is the best, every work u will learn is a life lesson for you . And u will learn every day new things.

The work culture, they don't assign proper tasks to proper employees and one have to do all the things on branch levels and the moto of the company in some zone somehow change for some months, they have open their subsidiary on insurance products but as a transport finance company the motos are need to be focused, but no on branch level you will also have to do insurance and insurance processing works and their claims. Otherwise the company is so good. There are few people who are manipulating the company work culture on their mood. You will have to work on Sundays if there is no work to do.
