I have been working in Shriram for 17 years. In these 17 years, I have grown from executive to branch manager. If you keep working here as per the expectations of the management, you will keep getting regular growth and promotion. Here, if you work well and honestly, your job is also secure.

Dislikes

Yes, I don't like one thing here, if you are week in working for 6 months or 1 year or do not give your performance, then the eyes of the management will turn red on you, no matter how much good work you have done in your last 15 years, but one thing. If you do bad work, the management will become so strict on you that they will give you a transferCan even give demotion.

There is no job security now! Now some company officials terminate to old employees because of their own politics! They are use some fake document and manipulated documents against there old employees and make dicission of own choice.. There is no job security yet. But agar company ki bat ki jaye to bht achchhi hai kuchh senior official apne power ka misuse karte hain
