No work life balance, even Sundays and festivals are working days too. Less salary. Too much of unwanted meetings and meaningless calls from the team leaders and higher othorities. Multitasking is the another headache . Have to work for too many products for single salary and never ask about incentives , they don't provide , they only promise the incentives in interview . Uneducated higher authorities seen in the organization. They even don't know how to talk or support the freshers. They are hiring manager and after two months of joining they start hirasment and issue PIP and state head forcing for resignation.
