I am as a shriram's employee it's filling proud to being employee of a big company. There are every person help you to learn each and every business development tools, employee will be trained by training team of shriram's. There have the policy to re-hire after that 6months of resignation.

compensation is decent, but they not give and growth is average, work pressure is very high, Senior and bosses are used to abusive languages, your compensation bosses take, bosses take work 11 to 13 hours but the company provide only 8 to 9 hours of work life balance. There is no leave if you want leave they use abusive language, but the company provide leave on sunday but bosses not provide that, and no overtime compensation they provide because overtime is Branch managers call....Read More
