Yes, I don't like one thing here, if you are week in working for 6 months or 1 year or do not give your performance, then the eyes of the management will turn red on you, no matter how much good work you have done in your last 15 years, but one thing. If you do bad work, the management will become so strict on you that they will give you a transferCan even give demotion.

They are hiring manager and after two months of joining they start hirasment and issue PIP and state head forcing for resignation.
