Somewhat work culture.. Here job is not so comfortable you can't balance here your work and life.. I have good skills but the senior stuff doesn't appreciate the skills and motivate the staff. And there are common thing in this company here credit has nothing in front of sales team.. And charan chatna only gives promotion here..

Everything... I doesn't like anything here just lost of time and skills then come in this fraud company.. For sake of their incentive rbh, zbh, and bm forces the back office team for over time work also in sundays and some time they open the offices in early morning 7am to 8 pm.. We didn't got any credit and incentives for our overtime work and if we leave the job .. At the time of fi from new company they discouraged them with negative review for the employee...Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
