Very very worst experience with Parvati Branch. ( ROM 2 ) There is unskilled state head and local HR. They are hiring manager and after two months of joining they start hirasment and issue PIP and state head forcing for resignation. If manager not ready to given resignation so State head and HR holding salary, not marking attendance. If managers ready to give resignation after so many hirasment so HR and State Head not ready to give notice period to manager and relive same day....Read More

Only thing to like is that they give salary on time wale nothing.

Even you are back hand employee they ask for insurance sale and if you don't achieve your target then they call you to different city by your own expenses,your salary is 15k and your expenses is 5k as punishment,they will not stop here they ask for GR receipt which is very bad.

If u are late to join office any day u can ping msg and mail , and same day emergency leave approve but for back office team u can't take leave more thAn 2 days ,we can't manage work from home ,company don't provide laptop for easily work

If have you have strong connection only then you will get promoted other wise you have to work on same salary. A branch team leader in my working duration, worked 8 year at 25000 salary only. Just because of management's political nature. Work environment is not good for employees, Work time is not fixed.
