Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

1) Time for site staff - 9 am to 7 pm (10 Hrs), But for Execution and Quality Staff something it will be 12-14 hr. 2) Company didn't provide u any refreshments or Dinner in case if u wait for duty even Major Concrete work is going 3) Salary is also delayed by one Month 4) U may face in unnecessary salary deductions 5) They didn't give any holiday on festival , for Diwali they only gave u 1 Day Holiday 6) Company didn't have any employee policy regarding Number of Leave u can take in Single Month, Half Days in a month etc. if any engineer or supervisor wait for late night concrete even hoto 2-3 am he must be present on duty on time in morning, otherwise he may get half day 7) In Bonus u will get Zero Work Life Balance...Read More
