It's good to become a part of SRMPS. If you are permanent your job is to secure. the HOD of SRMPS always taking care of them. They also give a good stipend for them. So this part is most important for everyone. This kind of job as we can say it's a dream jobType a message

I learned many things in teaching and learning process. Activities make children to have pleasant mind to be attentive in classes. Conducting programs festival Celebrations make interesting to all SRMPS family. Training programs conducted by SRMPS makes better in teaching and approaching the children.

Nice working environment and culture. Teachers are friendly and supportive. Management acts like and treats like family. All the facilities are available in all the branches according to the board's norms. Salary is quite good and there is hike in salary every year.

I highly recommend this school. The school provides a safe, loving and secure environment. Our children absolutely love attending this school. The teachers are fantastic. The class instruction is organized and the instruction plan is true to the Montessori teachings, unlike other pre-schools which claim to be Montessori.

A little politics at the higher-order but it doesn't affect the overall working of the place and if there is any problem then the principal and management are always there to solve the issue. Excellent management and good experience.
