Nothing is here For Likes. No one experienced candidate from Other BFSI can't handle Pressure and work policy. Actually here is no fixed policy for an standard of company. Daily daily policies are changing and very impaired and loosy Policies of management.

So higher ROI approx 30% For business Loan and Govt salaried PL 34-36% for used bikes. Despite such high interest, such high file charges and such long and poor process. No one any plus point to do business among competitive BFSI's. New hiring Employee not surviving more than 6 Months
