The environment on once a legend college is getting too toxic to work at. Politics is getting into various aspects. You think of working for students upliftment along with college,bt you will have face multiple road blocks to get through. Learning opportunities are great as it's a govt college,so funding is not a problem. You can get good hands on on various high end instruments. If you love to teach,a great place to be. Further, education institutes already have a high leave count,so,work life is optimum here. But,If you are thinking to join on contract,you won't get much leaves (only CL) and most importantly,NO PF.
