Compention is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Somtime,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in day as i have attend client cals in the evening and somtimes late into night.

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
