Management Freehold and support in delegating tasks, Better team working and supportive colleagues.

Dislikes

Flexible timings can be implemented i.e. task based or tat based work assignment instead of fixed working hours. Leave policies should be relaxed. Alternate Saturday's can be considered. Compensation are very good but can be improved based on performance.
