I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is nothing to like about this company I am engaged with vecv project, after full cooperation from I get replacement without any notification by the company, no policy no protocol, they didn't care about the staff & also if you have did such leave or anything with official mail they first' support but then they skip their wordby saying performance week & unplanned leaves..they didi not care u family live or dead when u have taken leave for emergency purpose..they use u first then stab in ur back don't join this company it's my humble request..i would not prefer any friends & enemy to screw their life this greedy company.....Read More
