Company Culture terrible. No work life balance You can maintain as you won't get a single minute of your own. No holiday & You have to work 24hrs to meet customer requirement. No salary increment you can expect even after continuous giving hard labour. You won't get any promotion. After resignation & completion of your lwd you won't get relieving letter as well as last working month salary.
