I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. A difference in the style of school using gurukul sampradhaya. The ambience that the school creates using holistic approach and geographic placement of the school creates an inner peace.

Dislikes

There's constant change of things to do. No holidays are given except Sunday and fourth Saturday. Work time is also lengthy. Events will change even at the very last moment. Confusion and power grabbing is also a problem.
