I am working as a primary teacher since last 10 years and I proud to be a part of this institution. The environment of the school is excellent, the staff is very supportive and the Co curricular activities helps a lot for the carrer growth for the student and teachers.

I was with "SAI PARIVAR" from 2007 up to 2018. SSSV provides a good platform to flourish the career as well provides an ethical culture. "SAI PARIVAR " strongly works on the principle given by Shri Sathya Sai Baba " LOVE ALL SERVE ALL". - The salary package offered by SSSV is the best in Gujarat. In private sector none of school can compete it. - Life in SSSV is on ethical culture. Only school of Gujarat which has 12 to 13 function for the overall development of child within a stipulated working days of round about 225 to 230 working days given by Government. The most important thing is that the students are no charged a single penny to participate in function. - Navratri the longest festival in world is celebrated where more that 1500+ students play "GARBA" on stage. - Students are mentored round the year without discrimination of performance in the studies. - It was my life time memorable experience to work in SSSV. There's an overall development, both professionally and personally. I have learnt a lot. The heads are supportive. There's a great chance of growth depending upon your knowledge and skills.

The work is hectic. There are multiple commands/orders so it becomes confusing.

I've been working here since past three years. I've learnt and developed a lot. I can proudly say that even if I leave Sai Parivar I'd still be able to work in any environment because they've trained us in such manner.
