Work atmosphere within firm is good, HR fun activities are good, office is neat n clean.

Dislikes

Loads of internal politics, discrimination within department, favouritism and increments to only those who are close to their respective HOD's. No proper system for operations and office team w.r.t engineering dept. Some of the HOD's are not even qualified Engineers and their juniors possess better qualifications than them. Top management is unaware of what respective HOD's work and perform their duties. Currently top management is giving a blind eye to juniors problems thus creating an atmosphere where in people feel low and unmotivated to continue working....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
