Good teammates, their is no discrimanation of empolyees, all are treated equally, usally conduct many trainings to enhance skills & job knowledge 100% job security, company turned into various expansion their is a huge carrer growth, apprisal will be based on performance, as a quality inspector roughly i will travel 7 days in 1 year it is not a problem at all, their is no politics at all in shreemalani, their is huge scope of learing as quality inspector,work environment little bit bother for me not in organization near by factory some huge pollution release by beside company, working in shree malani you can easily balance your work life because here 3 shifts avilable 8:30 hours we can spend in company....Read More
