No culture, very rude behavior all time of one of the Director. No flexibility of office timings, no power and trust of employees, all time spying to the employees over camera and director himself, No self right to work. Employees are like pet dogs. Many people there have very bossy attitude. Works around here is very confusing as there is no board or a large authority which is governing the company. There is a Director and mostly authoritarian rule. There can be a cut-off in salary if the work performance is not as desired. There is no job security here. People often come and fired in few weeks. They also change the criteria of your work if they feel like to. Too much insecurity for freshers. You may need to stay late untill 9pm at night. Only sunday is week off. Nothing is like in this organization, employees are working in very bad condition, office time 10am to 7:30 but people bound to work up to 10 pm, also from in night, employees working like bounded labour's, Madhav is the owner who is treated to employees like bounded labour's, he is not giving to respect any one employees, I have made 03 mail communication to owner in one month for misbehavior and finally left the organization, last one month I have seen 04 employees left immediately, every day interview happened in this office and employees left immediately after joing, I have discussed to everyone employees individually all are unsatisfied but they are working because they have to fulfillment the family needs so they are working, employees working like daily wages because there is no security for tomorrow work, there is only 06 days leave, medical and PF facilities not for everyone, also I have discussed in meeting for health insurance and got the answer employees having person health insurance so no need to provide from organization or employer not ready to buy. Overall I have seen issue in top management only 03 person they are just running the organization like English empire, if you require job than work as per my condition which is any movement will change, there is no life and future for working, I have not seen top management like this who is misbehaving everyone in anytime, I have mail conumcation for misbehavior in writing, need to reject the license tis type of organization...Read More
