Recently Management has been changed hence employees layoff is continue no proper vision MD has appointed his own relative in higher post but they don't have the quality even Manager, and they are taking full advantage even spending 4 hours at home during lunch but any other employee can't go home for lunch. All the shree culture, brand has been made toxic by new management. Owner should take interest to save the reputation of group....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
