SSL is very good one of all retail platform, because, Good work environment and culture. Teammates/ seniors are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria.Company policies are good.there is good environment for female also.good customer service. salary is decent and gets on time.

Dislikes

above mentioned feedback was truth, but now all cultures has been changed, now SSL culture are same as other retailers( Max, Reliance etc.) Job security is very bed. HR management behaviour not good and salary, incentive etc issue always pending.

That's time i worked, company culture and management behaviour was supportive and caring but now top to bottom all management people changed, that why all cultures has been changed, just like oter retail industry culture.
