Training - No such concept, Zero Job Security, Career Growth is totally depend upon owner. Treatment of Management towards employees it totally worst. They treat employees like donkeys, one of the director is really very very harsh he will behave as per his mood, throwing papers, using bad words, zero importance to employees personal life. They just exploit people. Office location is also bad and like isolated one so, risk of working till late night is high. Its risky for female as well as male candidate. Some set off people can leave on time rest need to work till late depending upon mood of Management person....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
