:-No place to sit, no place to eat food, no pure drinking water :-There is a duty of 10 hours in this company and if there are 5 Sundays in a month then your money for 1 Sunday will be deducted. :-And there is a lot of pollution in this company, you neither get a mask nor anything else to protect yourself from it. :-Here you do not get any bonus, if you take leave your money is deducted :-No safety equipment available :-You will feel very hot, for this you will not be given a cooler, there is a fan installed there which gives very hot air in summer :-If some important work comes up and you want to leave 15 minutes earlier, your money for one hour will be deducted. Apart from this, if you want to take leave, please inform us 15 days in advance. :-In this, salary is never received on time, here you will get salary after 50 days of joining....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
