Management was considerate work culture was friendly problems were heard and solutions were given, school policies were just like any other school paper work was too much.

Dislikes

Work pressure was there though I was able to handle. Due to this only dedicated staff towards work was able to cope up. It's gives us a competitive environment and opportunity to showcase our skills in a better way. We learn to manage work (smart work not only hard work).

Well I enjoyed my work I learned a lot got an opportunity to excel and explore my hidden skills in starting I felt a bit left out.
