Initially the work culture and interaction with others was nice later the environment became toxic.

Dislikes

As it became a big company management and company founders don't take work life balance and health environment as a key parameter. There involvement is very less now. Lot of politics internally, bulk firing, PIP, zero increments, no promotions. HR are only busy in scheduling unnecessary activities. Managers take their team members credit and all.

Job security is proportional to the extent of verbal abuse you can take from CTO and founders. Not applicable for Baniyas in the company. Like ola manufactures use and throw e-vehicles, ShipRocket launches products which users use and throw when it comes time to pay for the subscription. Retention rates are total crap.
