Only one thing that I like about this company that my colleague are friendly

They hired most of employees from 3rd party source and pay less than half salary compared to their registered employee with Same amount of work load also they don't provide any yearly bonus to their 3rd party employees and also 3rd party employees doesn't allow to take leaves if they take leaves then they will cut the whole day salary amount so overall the treat their 3rd party employees very badly that's the reason I left the company i joined cause I want to gain experience and I can say it was a worst experience By the way that 3rd party company name is M&T enterprise who provide employees to Shipra comercial...Read More

1. Unprofessional language and harsh behaviour used by top management. 2. A strict thirty-minute lunch break. 3. Lack of communication and coordination with employees. 4. Old school hardware with desktop computers and landline telephones.
