I was cadet of sci,and now I was working as a 2nd officer in offshore vessel as on contract basis, no security of job,lots of waiting and lots of things

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
