I worked with shipgig ventures for more than 1 year. Its been a really good experience for me. I learnt alot about the technology. Team leaders and the boss are so helpful .Great time that i spent with shipgig team.Working environment is so friendly.

Working environment is very good and you can learn a lot. For freshers it is a very good platform to learn.

Working structure is not good and salary growth is too slow.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

No any Senior or the project Manager to guide or help. Php project Manager handle Dot Net Projects who didn't have any knowledge of dot net. TL wasting time on taking interview,neither having knowledge on any language nor working on any project. Worst Experience ever in any Company. Also Didn't Provide salary on time.
