I have just completed 1 month at Shinex Glass Mosaics, as a Business Analyst intern. In this one month I have realised that people/employees here are very cooperative, understanding and fun to work with. You can have open conversations with the senior managers and the directors, and all of them would give a reply with a cheerful smile. I haven't seen a situation wherein the there for any rude behaviour or unwillingness to help. Every personnel here is focused on their work, yet they take out time to help if you need, which I personally needed as I was focused on data. The HR Team is cooperative and helps at any point you need, one can always rely on them whenever they need it, whether you need to understand of the mailing service or anything which they can help. Apart from this staff, the lady which maintains the office is also great at her work, the office is cleaned, and our desks were clean before we reached the office, I as a student always had fun have some chit chat during our coffee breaks and she treated not only me but everyone well. Overall, I believe that this is a great workplace, whether you ask about the directors, employees, everyone is focused, cooperative, open for conversations and not forget, fun loving. :)...Read More

If we look at this perspective I believe there are various shortcomings to every organisations, same goes with this. But I strongly conclude for this organisation, that here you get the solution to these shortcomings with simple communication, and discussion, which I have observed. So I believe the dislikes are at none, when compared to liking. Its a great place to work.

I believe Shinex Mosaics is the best organisation for anyone who is looking to evolve and learn about how sales takes place. Managed by focused, determined and knowledgeable directors like Mr. Sachin Palsokar and Mrs. Sneha Palsokar, the company runs on ethics and standards which are high and go above industry standards. The companyis caring, equal opportunity provider and considerate towards genuine and hardworking candidates. This is well exampled by the numerous employees working over past many years, which tells the impact of the positive culture in and around the company. The working culture is extremely comforting & the company always makes an effort to provide its employees with the best facilities available. I was underperforming in the initial phase of this job but the Directors have been very supportive & have guided me in becoming the better at my job, it helped me to develop various skills. Everyone on the staff is very friendly & cooperative & is always ready to help. the company also organizes tours for the employees that generate lots of exposure & learning experiences. Annually many awards & appreciation awards for the best performance as well as other categories of awards. Also conducts the get-together with staff members. You can Maintain a work-life balance by working here. Appraisal & salary structure is good & along with that incentives, schemes are also given according to the work. 1. Traditional approach of small company management. 2. Salary is not at par to current market scenario 3. Bad Variable and Incentive structure 4. Individual role playing culture might be depressing sometimes. There is no team. Your team is you and your respective Director. 5. Less trust on employees. Lack of SOP and accoutability.
