Management has to focus on employees skills and talent which hiding due to Maharashtra people domination. Maratas supports and teach only maratas but not other region people or other languages. Which is not at all tolerated. Irrespective of regions and languages we have to work together. But it's not happening.

All bypass system. No job security. No mediclaim, No HR policy.. Shift per day change, no weekly off on time. Manager Prakash Nikam is worst person, bahut pareshan karta hai. Attendence update time pe nain hoti so salary cut.. No overtime No EL , leaves after resign.

Shifts rotation is worst, b shift after C shift, double shift is common, No mediclaim, No HR policy. No leves after resignation ( no Encashment) No job security. They took resign from person forcefully, Sunil Karpe and Prakash Nikam are worst persons bahut pareshan karte hai.

Salary cutoff is too high. Mass Firing of persons with no leaves provided during resignation period for interview. No employee benefits ( mediclaim policy) Leave policy not good( only 24 leaves in year). Worst Canteen facility.
