The people are helpful and supportive. I loved my peers and they helped me alot.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

The work life balance is not there , its very tedious and stressful . They expect continuously working without breaks or very little breaks. High expectation are set which is nearly impossible for any freshers who joins. Initially speed and accuracy cant match , it takes times and comparison doesn't be done with old employees. Things take time. If environment is a little less stressful, performance will enhance. The salary which I was receiving was very less and not justified according to the work done....Read More
