Work-life balance, nobody will call you post-working hours. Sat/Sun is off and one can maintain a balance between personal and professional lives. Salary depends on the role, incentives are provided.

Office politics, definitely. There are some people who make the environment toxic but keeping that aside, Shiksha.com has no other problems. Learning will be slow.

everything, there is no transparency of process.. the WFH is just for name sake, they keep you on contract so that you can be thrown out anytime even if its not your fault an no proper training is provided, you have to ask for everything and then they claim you are not aware about anything.
