Work-life balance, nobody will call you post-working hours. Sat/Sun is off and one can maintain a balance between personal and professional lives. Salary depends on the role, incentives are provided.

Dislikes

Office politics, definitely. There are some people who make the environment toxic but keeping that aside, Shiksha.com has no other problems. Learning will be slow.

Hiring & Firing company, no stability, not healthy environment, full of politics specially in a Pre Counselling team. They give fast promotions & demotions too😂without giving you prior notice they will fire you if you are not performing just 2 months they put you on PIP and then the managers will pretend that you are precious assetof their team but deep down they will only speak against to you just for the sake of building good image in their manager’s knowledge...Read More

It’s a good company. Employee oriented. They do celebrate each & every festival with joy. Sales pressure is everywhere but at the end what matters is learning growth & offcourse money. And you can find all 3 pointers in shiksha all together.

I have been working with Shiksha.com. it's owns a awesome work environment and people around me very helping hand . Learning and training is provided very intensively . Targets are realistic and easily achievable with given resources by the management.
