The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a reputated OEM.

Dislikes

Management is depends upon some key persons and group and team culture is missing, because they want to satisfy only with their egos and they want to highlight only weak points of colleagues to management but how to rectify part is missing. Compensation is decent for some key person but growth is slow.

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to reduce international costing of products by controlling operations.
