I am recently join in this company as junior engineer. I am working in finishing department. My teamplayer and sinear is very helpful and giving the knowledge that is important for me. The conpany provide training classes for trainee engineer and for other company employer. company is famous for his quality.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
