The Shemford focus on the holistic development of children . The work environment is quite systematic with efficient staff and management.

Dislikes

Being a learner I don't think there is any dislike.

A frustrating and depressing place to work at, no professional ethics followed by the management, staff is exploited to the fullest, salary is delayed by 1 to 2 months, no facilities for staff, no respect for anyone.

the management at the branches of Shemford should follow the corporate rules if they have taken the franchisee .. else what's the use of using the brand name..

I recommend never work in Shemford Futuristic School, Mehrani ,Saharanpur. All other branches are good but they are using the name Shemford only for admissions,although it is not a branch.Main office kindly take an action.
