Work life balance is good On some point employee centric company Some people are very nice and supportive There are couple of benefits like travelling in business class and term insurance which are good and worth mentioning it. Flexible on timing, but given the ongoing chances not sure how long will it stay same Concerned about female employees and very beneficial

Alot after so many reorganization. Work culture is getting worse day by day since they hired left and right without considering their key criteria Lot of favouritism and in the name of networking they are making you bootlicker If you have references (network) then you can grow irrespective how bad or good are you in your job role and skill set Double standards on promotions Anything related to finance is made too complex so that you can’t understand even your pay slip is confusing Worst insurance - amount is too less Literally not using the cutting edge technologies just publishing it Core values degraded In the name of diversity inclusion, they are hiring female candidates without considering skill set, i support woman empowerment but doesn’t mean you remove fair platform Don’t get fooled with big CTC, you don’t get everything I know people think of Shell and think big organzation with good package but this is not the case now atleast for technical roles. Shell used to be employee centric and charming company now it lost all the charm and become typical service based company with pathetic attitude. The leadership team keeps changing the org structure every 2 years without thinking about the impact of it on the staff. No vision at all. Technical folks are treated like second class people since it’s oil and gas company. The leadership team keeps changing and so does their goals. They force people to do unnecessary training’s and certifications which are of no use in real life.

I become lazy once I joined in Shell. Company pamper you throughout your tenure . keep you in your well being without doing any work, company give 70-100% hike if you are joining from any service based Indian company.

Recently got fired due to below issues. >very frequent org changes, >no strategy, no goal, >nepotism, >company won't stick on the path, >create panic, > Leave policy is worst ( Company says sick leave is unlimited. but hinderance are there. No casual leave, If any casual leave required you need to use earned leave) >2 decade old process and technology . >No adoption in morden trend platforms. If found anything legacy way of delivery. >You need to create a visibility within the company and market yourself you have such talent to use for company . >more project managers and very less tech people in every project. > many more.
