Skill set and job role mismatch Job security is a myth , it varies as per management interests If your Line Manager is good, then something can happen else you are on your own No one cares about you once you enter the company Rigid managers and no flexibility in changing roles or movi ng internally in the company Team and your project colleagues matter else rarely anyone will help you once you enter a project Fear of job is always there under the recent new management with lots of changes happening regularly in name of reorg/restructuring HR support is only for namesake, they are here to protect company’s interests, not yours...Read More
